: Strategy Consultant - Nonprofit Consultancy Service (3-4 month role)

Hourly rate: $70-90

As a Strategy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in growing the future of our organization as well as exerting a significant impact in the Diversity and Inclusion space.

The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, possesses extensive knowledge of the nonprofit space, and has a proven track record of building and delivering consultancy services. Your expertise in strategy development and research will be instrumental in establishing a successful consultancy arm that enables our nonprofit to extend its impact and drive positive change within the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand the current tech talent landscape and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Create comprehensive, data-driven strategies to address tech talent challenges faced by our beneficiaries and nonprofit clients.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define the overarching strategy and objectives of the nonprofit's consultancy service.

Business Model Creation:

• Design a sustainable and scalable business model for the consultancy service, considering various revenue streams and cost structures.
• Analyze pricing strategies and competitive positioning to ensure the service's financial viability and long-term success.

Service Offerings and Deliverables:

• Develop a portfolio of services that cater to the needs of different stakeholders in the tech talent ecosystem, including individual tech professionals, startups, and established organizations.
• Define clear deliverables and outcomes for each service offering, ensuring that they align with the nonprofit's mission and objectives.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector, social impact, and corporate social responsibility.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful consultancy services, from inception to sustainable operation.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in strategy consulting, with a focus on the tech industry, DEI, or talent management.
• Passionate about making a positive impact and driving social change through innovative solutions.
