Nonprofit Crm Consultant Jobs

Architect technology solutions focused on the Salesforce ecosystem utilizing persona-based experience requirements.

5+ years of Salesforce experience required; Nonprofit Administration, Education Administration or Salesforce Consulting experience preferred.

Support strategic roadmapping and requirements gathering initiatives by co-facilitating sessions with clients.

Salesforce Administrator Certification and at least one Salesforce Consultant certification required (e.g. Nonprofit Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).

Experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish valued.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Experience working in a nonprofit or client services setting, preferred.

Strong writing skills, emphasizing clarity, conciseness, and adherence to in-house style, with strong copyediting, proofreading, and attention to detail skills.

This is a full-time, exempt, benefits-eligible position

Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts, communications, marketing, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Ability to work well in a matrixed team environment, and to provide and receive feedback in a productive way.

Proven experience (4+ years) in strategy consulting, with a focus on the tech industry, DEI, or talent management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.

Define clear deliverables and outcomes for each service offering, ensuring that they align with the nonprofit's mission and objectives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.

Conduct thorough market research to understand the current tech talent landscape and identify emerging trends and opportunities.

Manage Salesforce APIs with applications as required.

Key Responsibilities Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com and other 3rd party integrations.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate their point clearly and concisely.

Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes.

Ability to manage Data Integration tasks.

Strong data management skills, with a commitment to data integrity and security
