Job Summary

As a Recruiter, you are responsible for ensuring candidates that are applying internally and externally transition to the onboarding stage in the hiring process efficiently with firm turnaround times. You are dedicated and experienced with sourcing methods, though utilizing social media channels and unique job platforms tailored to attract candidates that speak rare languages. You remain calm and dedicated during moments of change and high-volume needs. You act with integrity in each step of the hiring process, and remain committed to fulfilling hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Interview screening of applicants utilizing prescreen questions
• Follow up with candidates that have stalled during the recruitment process
• Preparing employment offers for assigned positions
• Ensure candidate follow-up while adhering to required turnaround times
• Ability to identify possible candidates via resume screening
• Following the methods in place for alerting other departments when candidates are ready to proceed to the following steps, this includes onboarding and new hire handoffs to hiring managers
• Reporting accurate daily metrics for candidates that have progressed to the next stage of the hiring process
• Conduct interviews when needed and send assessments
• Tracking your candidates within the hiring pipeline daily
• Source candidates from social media platforms and job boards daily
• Reviews employment applications to ensure data is correct before interviewing

• Ability to conduct interviews with professionalism and confidence

Requirements

• Proficient with MAC or PC, Microsoft Application Suite, and G Suite
• Ability to remain organized with multiple tracking methods
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle high-volume situations effectively with professionalism and ease
• Sourcing and lead generation experience is a must
