Employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas to recruit the best talent for open Responsibilities Develop relationships with faculty at HVAC training programs to assist with finding new recruits Develop relationships with candidates to determine if they have the potential to develop into a high-level technician Attend job fairs while representing the company and communicating vision to attract service talent Screen candidates and resumes and present information to hiring team to assist with making timely and beneficial decisions Follow Evolution Mechancial onboarding process Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with recruiting/hiring Ability to communicate at a high level on the phone, emails, text messages, and in person Customer-driven individual Knowledge of MS Office Ability to multi-task Ability to communicate with management, office personnel, and technicians
