Your Role
As our IT Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert, offering on-site technical support and training to our corporate office and remote employees. You'll respond promptly to end-users' requests through email and telephone, making sure their technology experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, applications, and network communications.
Provide top-notch IT Helpdesk support, ensuring smooth operations for all team members.
Set up, install, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware and software.
Deliver additional technical support services like teleconferences, video conferences, printer/copier assistance, and more.
Conduct engaging user training sessions for network and desktop applications.
Maintain confidentiality and promote ethical computing practices.
Requirements
BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an information technology service role, supporting end-user computer hardware and software in a networked corporate environment.
Strong background in mortgage software support, including expertise in LOS-Encompass, Cimeron, and pricing engines.
Knowledge of the latest mortgage compliance measures, such as GFE, TIL, LO Comp, TRID, etc.
Ability to swiftly and accurately resolve computer, phone, and data-related issues.
A customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
