Job Description

Our staffing agency represents a privately-held Metaverse SaaS solution that has more than 150 active clients and has attracted investors like Alexis Ohanian (Reddit founder), Bonfire Ventures, Seven Seven Six, and Kevin Durant.

This 25-employee, Pre-Series A firm ($5 million in funding), which is the ONLY metaverse company that can host video gatherings of more than 500 people, is seeking Account Executives to close deals that range from $20k ACV to $225k ACV to a wide variety of industries and companies. This is a work-from-home opportunity – this is remote-first culture.

Solution

Our client is evolving the way we socialize online. It's a browser-based platform for creative experiences that inspire authentic human connection. Anybody can create a world and invite people via a link – they'll have the agency to move around the space and connect to anyone in their proximity.

Their creator ecosystem helps artists, designers, programmers, and organizers earn money by selling world templates and scenes in the marketplace and earning commissions by bringing people together.

Role

* Individual contributor role, working from your home office in a preferred metro area.

* $100k to $120k base salary, commensurate with previous quota achievement. $200k OTE on a very reasonable quota.

* Pre-Series A equity is a major part of the comp plan, which also includes accelerators and full benefits.

* More than 150 companies are already paying for the solution, including both B2C and B2B firms and some Fortune 500 brands.

* Tons of use cases, from hiring events, to product launches, to industry conferences, to Burning Man!

* You have 3+ years of SaaS software sales experience and most importantly, a strong interest in the metaverse.

* Sales leader is a lead-generation guru who has built a world-class tech stack – about 80% of your pipeline will come from inbound leads.

The Role

We are excited to add an Account Executive to an expanding and evolving team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who is passionate about solving business challenges for prospects and clients.

Along with the ability to properly scope requirements and deliver a clear solution including demo/presentation and value proposition. You will be working with multiple teams to ensure a great customer experience.

· Individual contributor, working from your home office

· $100-120k base, double OTE, plus significant accelerators

· Medical, dental, vision

Responsibilities

· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals in SMB and mid-market

· Present /Demo our solution to key stakeholders

· Work sales cycle from discovery to contracts to close

· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, business development, and product

· Occasionally represent Topia at trade shows, conventions, and conferences

Requirements

· 3+ years of SaaS software sales experience

· Experience with CRMs

· Ability to work in a 100% remote environment

· Record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota

· Ability to work closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges

· Demonstrated ability to execute each phase of the sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing
