A global consumer goods and retail firm is hiring an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team! Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar for professional development series, by organizing, scheduling, setting up and tearing down training sessions, workshops, and classes.
  • Always have on your customer service hat.
  • Support committee and culture-building events by participating in planning, ordering supplies and food, and managing set up for events.
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Support new hire onboarding by managing protocol and systems, scheduling meetings, and conducting orientation, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all new employees.
  • Prepare materials and presentations for HR meetings and companywide meetings.
  • Maintain, audit, and update HR records, reports, employee files, and confidential information in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.


Ideal Experience

  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate and partner successfully with all levels of corporate structure.
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
  • BA Degree in HR Management, Business, or related field or experience.
  • Proficiency in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
