Hr Payroll And Benefits Generalist

Your mission at LINDAL

The Human Resource Generalist supports the human resource processes at the LNA site This supports the day-to-day processes in HR including Benefit and Payroll administration. This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures the effective use of plans and positive employee relations. This role provides HR analytic support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry, biweekly payroll processing, and general HR Needs.

• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Supports new hire orientation.
• Own yearly open enrollment process and sign employees up in ADP Benefits and through the company Broker.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Reconciles benefits statements.
• Biweekly Payroll Processing and daily timecard maintenance for all employees using ADP Payroll/Time and Attendance and ADP WFN.
• Assists with the recruitment and interview process as a backup for the HR team.
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
• Support company events as needed.
• Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
• Creating Onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, Internal procedures, and regulations.
• Use record-keeping data and analytics to accurately report on daily and weekly HR KPIs
• Streamlining current processes and procedures in HR and working with supervisors to make continuous improvements.

Your profile

Education and Experience:

• SHRM-CP credential preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think proactively and maintain a continuous improvement mindset.
• Associate degree required
• Proficient in ADP Payroll and ADP Workforce now
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• At least two years of related experience is required.
• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
