Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the HR department in various HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Assist with onboarding processes, including orientation, training, and employee document management
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and eligibility
Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
Maintain accurate employee records, including HRIS data entry and updates * Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and compliance requirements
Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes and employee onboarding
Ability to handle employee relations issues with discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
