Right now, we're searching for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to become part of our Patient Intake Specialist team!
Responsibilities
Enroll Patients with Ease: As a Patient Intake Specialist, you'll be instrumental in enrolling individuals with chronic conditions into our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs, a fantastic benefit offered by their insurance company.
Create Positive Experiences: You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, and your focus will be on ensuring that each caller feels valued and supported throughout the process.
Record Keeping: Accurate and organized notes of all communications will be essential to maintain patient records seamlessly.
Coordinate Care: You'll help organize and schedule appointments, update medical records, insurance reports, and patients' charts, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
Communication Master: Respond efficiently and with care to callers, explaining potential solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Flexible Availability: We offer flexible shifts from 9 am to 5 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, or 12 pm to 8 pm, allowing you to find the schedule that suits you best.
Requirements
A Caring Heart: A high school diploma or GED, coupled with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, is all you need to get started.
Tech Requirements: You should have a PC (no MAC) with a minimum 1.6 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, and 40 GB of free space. Don't worry; we'll conduct a straightforward computer test.
Tech Skills: Excellent computer navigation skills, with the ability to move between multiple windows and programs, are essential for success.
Typing Speed: Typing at least 35 words per minute will keep you on top of your game.
Reliable Internet Connection: Existing high-speed Ethernet internet access at home (no WIFI, hotspot, or wireless) is a must.
