Position Overview
Are you a finance and accounting expert looking for an opportunity to lead and make an impact? As our Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our financial operations. You'll be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, account reconciliations, tax filing, business insurance, and resource management systems.
Primary Responsibilities
Verify, allocate, and post business transactions to journals and accounts; prepare journal entries.
Maintain a smooth flow of financial information to ensure a timely and efficient month-end close.
Manage accounts payable and payroll processes.
Oversee invoice and accounts receivable processes.
Collaborate with external auditors and accountants during quarterly and annual tax filing processes.
Monitor and report on financial metrics, performance, and forecast variances.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage client contracting and account setup processes.
Oversee employee document collection and HRIS setup.
Maintain financial tools, trackers, and reports.
Provide valuable financial analysis expertise to our growing team.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a proven track record of success.
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated integrity and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks proactively.

Salary: $ 90,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
