Job Overview
Are you a seasoned Art Director with a passion for Creative Campaigns and a flair for CGI? We're looking for a temporary addition to our creative team who can lead the charge in developing and executing visually captivating marketing campaigns from concept to completion. This role demands strong leadership skills, extensive experience in 360 Design, and the ability to provide creative guidance and feedback to diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of CGI, creative production, storytelling, and a track record of excelling in agency environments.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns with a focus on CGI, providing clear creative direction and feedback to ensure exceptional results.
360 Design Expertise: Apply your extensive knowledge in 360 Design, including creative production and storytelling, showcasing a portfolio of successful campaigns that highlight your expertise.
CGI Collaboration: Work closely with CGI agencies, interpreting animatics, and delivering detailed feedback and direction to achieve project objectives.
Video Editing and Scriptwriting: Exhibit proficiency in video editing and scriptwriting, seamlessly integrating CGI elements into multimedia content.
Effective Presentations: Demonstrate strong presentation skills, confidently communicating creative concepts and ideas to executives.
Visual Strategy: Develop shot lists and create visual strategies for print and video components, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.
Project Management: Utilize excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage projects from concept to execution, meeting deadlines and delivering outstanding work.
Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a small team of designers and senior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Attention to Detail: Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about current industry trends and best practices in creative campaign development.
