Now, we need a Logistics Coordinator who's passionate, experienced, and self-driven to help us make it all happen seamlessly.
About The Role
As a Logistics Coordinator at BrightFarms Inc, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain, ensuring that our greens travel smoothly from farm to table. You'll be the conductor of our logistics orchestra, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Reporting to our Logistics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Orchestrating our daily logistics operations with precision.
Masterfully handling purchase orders, ensuring they're on the right track.
Making sure our shipments are picked up and delivered promptly with the right equipment.
Collaborating closely with our team to exceed customer service expectations.
Offering both remote and on-site support to our teams across Greenhouses and our corporate office.
Strategically planning loads for optimal efficiency.
Keeping everyone in the loop with timely updates.
Solving challenges and making data-driven recommendations.
What You Bring To The Table
A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, plus at least 2 years of industry experience.
Familiarity with supply chain software (TMS, WMS, and ERP systems).
Knowledge of transportation across all modes and regulations.
Proven problem-solving skills with a knack for data analysis and recommendations.
The ability to interpret industry documentation.
Self-motivation and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
