Ofsaa Senior Analyst - Remote | Wfh

Responsibilities
Provide round-the-clock application support in a 24*7 work environment.
Monitor and resolve incidents within defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Proactively implement alert systems and health check procedures.
Document knowledge, create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and update run-books.
Collaborate with the client's Technical/Business Team to address production issues, user concerns, and bugs.
Communicate issues, risks, and concerns to project leadership and the client's IT Service Manager.
Deliver weekly and monthly status reports, keeping stakeholders informed about our contributions.
Engage with 3rd party vendors and customers to resolve integration issues, incidents, service requests, problems, and changes.
Initiate problem records for critical and recurring incidents.
Provide initial analysis and coordinate with the development team for permanent code fixes and bug resolutions.
Collaborate with the offshore team for incident/work request handovers during nighttime shifts.
Mandatory Skills
Proficiency in English.
Experience in production support for OFSAA platform, particularly OFSAA Financial Solution Data Foundation (preferred) and any OFSA EPM/ERM solutions (optional).
Strong understanding of OFSAA architecture and metadata layout.
Familiarity with agile project methodology.
Knowledge of Data Modeling using tools like Erwin, Data Migration Activities, and Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) Component.
Expertise in configuring business rules within the OFSAA framework and building T2T (Table to Table) & Data transformations.
Experience with OFSAA metadata management framework (Hierarchies, datasets).
Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
Proficiency in Data Warehouse Principles and ETL/Data Flow tools.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
At least one end-to-end project execution experience in OFSAA solution is a plus.
Capabilities to conduct fit-gap assessments from OFSAA solution/FSDF perspective.
Understanding of OFSAA Reporting framework.
Nice To Have Skills
Oracle Analytics Cloud Service (OACS), APEX, PeopleSoft, ODI
Salary And Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $132,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, subject to performance and the terms of applicable plans.
