About The Role
You will be the face of our company, interacting directly with patients to provide demonstrations and training on our cutting-edge products. Your mission will be to establish a strong rapport with patients, guiding them through the entire process – from introducing the product to closing the sale and ensuring proper usage. You'll have the flexibility to conduct in-person sessions or leverage telehealth for training. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you adapt your approach to cater to each patient's unique needs. What You'll Do
Educate patients and caregivers on product usage, protocols, and therapy sessions.
Schedule and complete training and demonstrations within service level expectations.
Provide patient-centered sales, explaining financial options and insurance coverage.
Tailor your interactions to suit individual patient situations and needs.
Address patient feedback and concerns, turning challenges into opportunities.
Prepare meticulously for each session, ensuring all necessary equipment and documentation are in place.
Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate seamless order completion.
Identify and escalate patient support needs for efficient follow-up.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years of patient-facing, training, or advanced customer service roles.
Health-related certification (preferred).
Proficiency in remote work and travel to patient locations.
Exceptional communication skills for effective patient, staff, and team interactions.
Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, especially with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
Effective organizational and time management abilities.
Tech-savviness for efficient paperwork, record keeping, and communication.
Self-directed and able to excel independently.
