Responsibilities
Embrace a can-do attitude and strive to exceed our members' expectations by providing them with the guidance and answers they need.
Establish strong and meaningful connections with our members, ensuring their utmost satisfaction with our services.
Be accountable for executing time-sensitive member requests, including arranging virtual Expert Consultations with top medical experts, vetted physician referrals, and identifying centers of excellence.
Identify opportunities to enhance the member experience and collaborate with the team to implement positive changes.
Maintain meticulous records of member and physician interactions, ensuring a seamless experience.
Contribute to the onboarding process for new members, making them feel welcome and valued.
Demonstrate empathy, kindness, and understanding in all interactions with our members, recognizing the importance of compassionate care.
Actively participate in recruiting new medical experts to join our esteemed physician membership through targeted and timely outreach efforts.
Address member requests with efficiency and expertise via email, phone, and text, resolving any support issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with colleagues from various teams, including Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing, to shape and grow our business.
Requirements
Possess at least 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting or member experience role, along with a BSN, PA, or advanced degree in a relevant healthcare discipline. Alternatively, have 3 years of professional experience in patient- or client-facing roles and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Healthcare Public Policy, English, History, or Communications).
Exhibit a genuine passion for creating exceptional member experiences within the healthcare industry.
Demonstrate an aptitude for learning new products and effectively explaining complex topics in a simple manner.
Possess a high emotional quotient and comfort in handling sensitive topics with utmost care.
Display a keen interest in the intersection of client service, service operations, healthcare, and technology.
Thrive both independently and as a valued team player, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficiency in daily operations.
Appreciate the significance of data and metrics in driving successful business growth.
Have an impeccable attention to detail and a natural talent for problem-solving.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to take on increasing responsibilities over time.
Be open to receiving close coaching and feedback to grow and improve continuously.
Familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
