Reports to: Head of Enterprise Software R&D

Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire

Location: Carrollton, TX (100% onsite)

Job Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Professional Services Leader to spearhead the establishment of a new, world-class team responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers utilizing our cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. As the leader of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a comprehensive suite of services, including project management, integration consultancy, customer training, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will drive successful customer implementations and foster lasting relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a global team of project managers, integration consultants, and trainers dedicated to providing exceptional onboarding experiences to our customers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to align on customer requirements, feedback, and ongoing improvements.
  • Training Programs: Create comprehensive customer training programs to enable users to effectively utilize our SaaS platform, enhancing user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration: Lead efforts to integrate our SaaS environment with customer identity providers through SSO solutions, enhancing security and user experience.
  • Customer Onboarding: Develop and execute strategies to ensure a smooth, efficient, and seamless onboarding process, from project initiation to successful system integration and training.
  • Project Management: Oversee project managers in orchestrating end-to-end customer implementations, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met.
  • Integration Consultancy: Collaborate with integration consultants to guide customers through integrating our SaaS solutions with third-party systems, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.


Essential/Required Criteria:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Global Team Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse, geographically dispersed team.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Familiarity with implementing SSO solutions, integrating SaaS platforms with customer identity providers for enhanced security and user convenience.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans that drive customer success and business growth.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in software services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading project managers through complex customer implementations, adhering to timelines and deliverables.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Customer Training: Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective customer training programs, catering to various learning styles and technical backgrounds.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and leading through change, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Cloud SaaS Expertise: In-depth understanding of cloud-based SaaS models, delivery methodologies, and associated technical considerations.
  • Integration Proficiency: Extensive experience with integrating SaaS solutions into third-party systems, with a solid understanding of API frameworks and data synchronization.


Preferred/Desired Criteria:

  • Previous SaaS Product Experience: Experience working with SaaS solutions in the areas of cloud computing, identity management, and security.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certifications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud computing and SaaS delivery.
