POSITION:Inside Sales
COMPENSATION: Competitive salary + DOE

SUMMARY: With years of experience in the petro-chemical industry, our expert sales staff is knowledgeable in material and application needs that are required in an industrial atmosphere. The sales staff is also dedicated to providing on-site contact and resources for any special service you may require.
Duties Or Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and develop relationships.
• Communicate with vendors and develop relationships.
• Process tech jobs ready to be invoiced.
• Following up on quotes.
• Promoting the company’s products and services.
• Process purchase orders as related to work orders.
• Shop vendors for best pricing/availability for material.
• Upselling.
• Processing quotes.
• Repeat business / client retention.
• Coordinate with accounting to open and process new accounts and to verify credit worthiness of clients.
• Supporting outside sales and communicating with them about all quotes and their accounts.
• Cold calling
• Process orders expediently.

Experience And Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience and/or customers service experience.
• Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail and be well spoken and friendly yet responsive and persistent.
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have excellent communication and time management skills as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Working Environment
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and have good technical writing, grammar, math, and data entry skills.
• Must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be good at problem solving and must minimize mistakes and miss-shipments.
