Product Manager (Healthcare B2B Saas)

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager for our B2B SaaS Patient Access product, you will be the driving force behind the success and growth of this critical solution. You will support the development and implementation of the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and user-centric solution.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team in an agile environment to oversee the execution of the product roadmap. Provide clear requirements, guidance, and feedback throughout the development process.
• Work closely with UX designers and engineers to create an intuitive and user-friendly Prior Authorization platform. Champion a user-centered approach and conduct usability tests to ensure optimal user experience.
• Support planning and execution of successful product launches, marketing collateral, and sales enablement materials. Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable product specifications.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, resolve product-related issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics and user feedback to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer pain points, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Use this information to inform product decisions and ensure a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Comfortable discussing technical aspects of the product with engineering teams and translating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably in healthcare or healthcare technology.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly patient access and revenue cycle and challenges. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Passion for understanding user needs and translating them into innovative product solutions.
• Experience managing the development of complex software products from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed product decisions.
