What We Need:

We’re seeking a Commercial Content Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your experience in a fast-paced environment and continue growing your skills

What You'll Do:

• Maintain file of all commercial copy and instructions
• Complete all network production (i.e., barter spots, affidavits)
• Use traffic management software to maintain accurate records of all commercial copy
• Manage incoming commercial copy and schedule accordingly; update schedule by applying changes in copy or rotation
• Assist with resolving billing discrepancies
• Work closely with Sales Department as well as local and national agencies to ensure rotation runs correctly
• Accurately process agency traffic instructions. Some instructions may include complex copy splits, blackout dates, and copy revisions
• Contact advertising agencies to request commercial copy and traffic instructions

• Ability to read and interpret operating and traffic instructions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Easily able to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Data entry skills

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
