The Role
We're on the lookout for a Fractional Head of Sales who shares our disruptive spirit and passion for transformative technology. Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Envision, architect, and champion sales initiatives that don't merely meet company goals—they redefine them.
- Customer Acquisition: Forge powerful, enduring relationships with new and existing customers, cultivating a sense of trust, commitment, and mutual growth.
- Sales Forecasting: Harness your foresight to forecast future sales and create sales plans that adapt and flourish in the ever-shifting marketplace.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams, weaving together diverse strategies and insights to maximize opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Keep your finger on the pulse of market trends and competitors, using this knowledge to strategize effectively and stay ahead.
- Revenue Growth: Ignite revenue growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and creating a trajectory of success.
Qualifications
- A track record of success in sales or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proven strategic planning and business development skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Prior startup experience and existing relationships with venture capitalists preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital technology and industry trends.
Equity Agreement Details
As our Fractional Head of Sales, we're initially not offering you a salary—we're offering you a stake in our vision and our future. Your compensation will be in the form of company equity. Furthermore, you'll earn sales commissions for any closed sales, even before the company is fully funded.
Once we secure funding, we envision transitioning this role into a full-time paid position that reflects the level of commitment, dedication, and innovation you bring to our team.
