Job Description

CFO & VP Airports


Responsible for the management and leadership of all financial matters for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield’s Airport Division. Reporting to the CEO Airports with a dotted line to the CFO US, the CFO Airports has oversight on all finance activities related to the Airport organization.


Key responsibilities include transformation of finance processes, accounting & reporting, FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling for all Airport business entity (operations and projects) including business development, treasury activities and compliance matters. The CFO Airports is a key member of the Business Senior Leadership team and a solid business partner to the organization.


Job Responsibilities


  • Complete quarterly forecasts and annual budgets for Airports as required by Group reporting schedules.
  • Issue regular financial data as needed for executive review (sales, admin., etc.).
  • Prepare financial modeling and projections as required for business development.
  • Oversight of all finance activities for the Airport business
  • Produce monthly Dashboard with explanations of key variances.
  • Perform finance support for Airport Leasing, including evaluation of competitive offers, financial qualification, comparable deals, and preparation of competitive offering materials.
  • Build stand alone processes for the Airport business.
  • Coordination role with all finance activities/processes currently being performed in centralized way in the US organization.
  • Maintain development proformas for major development projects including monthly reporting (APR).
  • Ensure completeness of monthly and quarterly results issued by accounting, including P&L and balance sheet analysis.
  • Business owner of financial reporting tools for airport; Improvement and new deployment within the Group IT road map.
  • Coordinate all forecasting and budgeting activities and functions within the Airport Division.
  • Lead treasury activities for the division including cash flow projections and coordinate AR collections.
  • Organize, streamline, accelerate and improve reporting processes on business matters.
  • Lead the transformation of key finance processes.


General


  • Lead, manage, motivate, mentor, and inspire the finance team members.
  • Coach the organization to enhance Finance acumen.
  • Support the Airport Senior Leadership Team as required through financial support necessary for Airport Executive Leadership, Leasing, Operations, Development, Construction, Business Development, and Legal.


Qualifications


  • Excellent leadership, team management, organization and communication skills even under tight deadlines.
  • Strong commercial, financial and business acumen.
  • Experience in FP&A and accounting.
  • Financial Modeling and Accounting experience for Real Estate Development.
  • Previous CFO experience or VP Finance experience
  • US CPA or Masters in Finance is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with 12+ years of financial leadership experience.
  • Experience in M&A and business valuation is a plus.


Salary Range


  • $220-$250k + Bonus
