Program Manager - Office Of The Chief Marketing Officer

What You'll Do

We are looking for a resourceful and proactive program manager to support the business operations of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the broader Marketing Leadership Team. You'll be responsible for documenting decisions and driving accountability for completion of action items that impact all of global marketing. You'll bring strong project management, organizational and communication skills that enable immediate impact on our strategic initiatives. You will serve as the primary backup for the Chief of Staff to the CMO in leading the operations of the marketing team.

Who You'll Work With

Reporting to the Chief of Staff for Global Marketing, you will work closely with members of the CMO's Leadership Team, members of the strategic executive communications teams and marketing strategy & planning leaders. You'll collaborate closely with the CMO's Executive Assistant in driving deliverable review & approval by the CMO and her Leadership Team.

Who You Are

You're a motivated, self-starter who understands how to coordinate and lead teams of people to action. You think through how to follow-up with senior leaders all while keeping a central project management tool up-to-date and user friendly. Since you may be asked to step in to lead meetings, you should bring strong examples of effective communication (written and verbal) with senior executives and their teams. Finally, experience in dealing with constantly evolving situations and an ability to rapidly support those contexts with passion is needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree preferred
• 8-10 years of proven work experience as a business operations professional, chief of staff, consultant, or marketer
