Job Description

Chief Operating Officer

The COO will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our lithium extraction operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of our mining activities, ensuring the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible extraction and processing of lithium resources. This position will require a comprehensive understanding of mining processes, innovative technologies, and a deep commitment to sustainable resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
  • Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
  • Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research
  • Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
  • Develop and implement overall operational strategy


Qualifications

  • Strategic planning and business development experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • 10 - 15 years' of executive experience
  • Experience with mining, lithium, chemicals or related field
  • Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
