Sales Director Jobs

Our client, a mission driven, early stage natural beverage brand, is looking for a Director of Sales to launch and scale the brand in the SoCal market, followed by national expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with distributors (POD Foods, UNFI, Kehe) and managing brokers (Yin Yang)
• The Director of Sales will build out the retail distribution + channels for the brand, starting in the local SoCal market, and expanding into NorCal and the PNW, with eventual national distribution
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven mentality; ready to jump in and hit the ground running
• Will have relationships with key accounts in the Western region including, but not limited to, Erewhon, Gelsons, Bristol Farms, Safeway, Raleigh’s, Lassens, Mother’s etc; Whole Foods, Sprouts, Target, Walmart, etc a plus
• Passionate about the functional beverage category and thrilled to be part of original team to grow + scale the brand
• Strong hunter mentality and has a track record of driving and scaling sales within a region and/or nationally from $0 to $5M+ in revenue
• 5-8+ years experience in the high growth beverage industry; knowledge of the functional beverage / adaptogenic beverage category a plus
