Job Description

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) you will be a key member of the executive team and play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of AI-powered tools. You will be responsible for driving the technical vision, strategy, and execution of AI initiatives within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, software development, and emerging technologies. You will lead a team of skilled engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI products that enhance user experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and developers.
  • Develop and articulate a clear technical strategy and vision for AI-powered tools that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Implement Agile methodologies and project management practices to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI tools.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Define and maintain the technology stack and architecture for AI tools to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes for AI development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to define technical requirements and feasibility for AI-driven features.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to deployment for AI tools.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and business development, to ensure alignment of technical and business goals.
  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors to leverage expertise and resources for AI projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to product development.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering AI-driven products or projects.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, big data technologies, and DevOps practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including deep learning frameworks, neural networks, and reinforcement learning.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. in AI or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
