Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and humble Chief Operating Officer who will be directly responsible for leading managers of the different programs along with bringing a PASSION for mission driven companies!



Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Direct Hire

Location: Sacramento, CA

Salary: $190k - $210k Annually


Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and standards with current and future employees – including stakeholders
  • Assure development and accountability in Compliance
  • Stay up to date on the company’s strategic plan
  • Conduct informal operations assessments such as compliance, staff, and related resources – report to CEO
  • Develop future needs for the organizational development within a nonprofit organization
  • Responsible for 15-20 direct reports
  • Partake in leadership calls



Requirements/Preferences

  • 10+ years of Operational Management
  • A TRUE motivator and passionate leader
  • Nonprofit experience a HUGE plus – very mission driven org
  • Degree preferred – in a related field (such as: Healthcare, Human Services, Clinical)
  • Supportive approach and flexible to new ideas – Collaborative!
