Chief Technology Officer Jobs

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of company technology and technological resources, offering continuous recommendations for cutting-edge technology solutions. The primary focus of the CTO will revolve around enhancing and maintaining all technological aspects within the organization. This role will actively engage with providers, members, and leverage new software and hardware to optimize daily workflows. Additionally, the CTO will spearhead the transformation towards member-oriented self-service operations, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.

Job Duties:

• Oversee, maintain, and enhance all technology-related aspects and platforms within the organization.

• Assume responsibility for the technology architecture and provide technical leadership across the company.

• Formulate the company's technology strategy, standard practices, and allocate resources effectively.

• Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and infrastructure to drive innovation.

• Lead cross-functional departments in leveraging technology for optimal efficiency.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in the technology landscape, creating unique solutions to technological challenges.

• Supervise all system designs and drive changes in system architecture.

• Ensure the technology operating model aligns with the organization's strategic vision and adapts to evolving internal and external factors.

• Demonstrate senior leadership experience in the technology sector, including fast-growth businesses scaling up their offerings.

• Manage and execute high-quality product delivery.

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and business unit leaders to establish strategic visions, operational objectives, and policies, ensuring compliance with contracts, regulations, and executive orders.

• Contribute to the development of the overall company strategy as a senior leadership member.

• Monitor analytics and provide recommendations that align with business goals.

• Uphold network security in coordination with the IT team.

• Develop and implement disaster and emergency recovery plans.

• Supervise workflow within IT and BI departments.

• Define company standards for systems, equipment, and software.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a management or leadership capacity.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree in Information Technology or a technology-related discipline.

• Preference for Health Care experience and knowledge

• Proven aptitude in adopting a member, customer, or user-focused approach.

• The ideal candidate should be approachable and resonate with the company's vision and values.

• Prior involvement with rapidly expanding businesses, encompassing an understanding of associated expectations, balanced with the capacity to engage in both strategic and hands-on roles as required.

• Demonstrable experience in working with Apps.
