In this interesting, diversified role you will support the Managing Director and backup a small team. The responsibilities are varied and interesting, including managing executive calendars globally, coordination of recruitment activities and interviews, coordination of Town Hall meetings and Global New Hire Orientation and much more.

This position requires a smart, multi-tasker who is available to work on site Monday - Thursday, has 8+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment, who exemplifies professionalism and pride in his/her work. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as decision making and strong judgement.
