We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer for UiPath. This will be someone who enjoys interacting with internal and external stakeholders while navigating through a wide variety of work on a day-to-day basis. You are someone who thrives on collaboration, understands timeliness and urgency, and has a personable and customer-oriented approach to all things.
What you'll do at UiPath:
  • Work closely with the Recruitment team to support scheduling executive interviews.
  • Take ownership of planning and organizing activities such as team celebrations, leadership meetings, off-sites, monthly/quarterly business reviews, weekly team meetings and regular knowledge-sharing sessions to include end to end management of the meetings your CPO attends focusing on the agenda, minutes, actions items, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Program Manager in supporting the CPO, along with meeting prioritization and awareness.
  • Own the calendar, proactively managing incoming meeting requests from all levels of the organization, and triage any calendar conflicts well in advance. You’ll be scheduling meetings, include prep/content for the meeting, tracking preparation with topic owners, and do follow-ups to ensure all open items are pursued.
  • Perform general administrative work: you’re happy to roll up your sleeves as no task is too small if it means making the CPO and the team more effective.
  • Coordinate global travel arrangements and create travel itineraries to ensure the CPO gets from point A to point B without any issues, including but not limited to flight & hotel bookings, transfers, visa coordination, and other local requirements
  • Acting as the Chief People Officer’s second hand, you will monitor and tame the inbox, flag important emails that need immediate attention, and proactively action other correspondence and requests. You will also send out emails on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare and submit monthly expenses, track receipts, and ensure expense policies are followed (via Concur).
  • Support the CPO in meeting with new hires to get ramped up and familiar with how we operate.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Highly confidential and discrete working in Human Resources and connections with all C-suite assistants and Board of Directors
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience working in an Executive Support position at SVP Level or above
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interacting and scheduling customers to support CPO
  • Office management experience including HR, TA, Operations, IT and Real Estate support
  • Ability to plan ahead, manage competing priorities, and navigate effectively around this
  • Superior communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel, Concur, and PowerPoint in particular
  • Urgency to support executive office turnaround in <24 hours
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to connect with executives and assistants across the organization
  • Experience working in a matrix organization
  • Proactive approach to avoid issues and see opportunities for future planning, travel and time for CPO to be with employees and leaders
  • A positive, collaborative, can-do attitude, professional demeanor, and impeccable teamwork skills

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $82,500 and $123,750. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
