Private Equity Controller - $40B Aum Private Equity Fund - $175,000 Base Salary + Bonus

• Organize and manage certain personal investment, accounting and tax functions for our Managing Partners • Maintain and reconcile ledgers for alternative investments that track investment details, cashflows, performance, K-1 attributes, liquidity rules, book and tax basis • Reconcile Managing Partners’ book and tax income from Cerberus funds with management company accounting and tax teams • Monitor and manage liquidity for Managing Partners’ investments and work with personal banks to coordinate capital calls and distributions • Review and reconcile personal investment transactions with counterparties • Prepare monthly summary reports: reconciliations, balances, liquidity, total returns for Managing Partners’ personal investments • Assist with and organize personal financial and estate planning transactions on behalf of Managing Partners with counterparties • Continually identify opportunities for process improvements through efficient data organization, standardized workflows, and automated templates • Identify and lead the implementation of investment and reporting software • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the Managing Partners’ investment vehicles in order to identify issues and help identify portfolio tax optimization • Collaborate with tax professionals in the preparation of filings • Researching accounting and tax issues that arise from investment transactions • Support specified fund tax and financial reporting matters as a member of the Residential Team
