2024 Private Equity Internship Programme

We are looking for innovative under-graduates to join our 2024 Internship Program within our Private Equity department. This role is part of our future leadership program where we are looking to build students with the skills and expertise fitting for a future leader within our Investment business. The ideal intern will be a great communicator, innovative, and resilient. We are looking for future leaders who aren't afraid to voice their opinion, think outside of the box, and are eager to learn and grow.

The Program
Our Summer Internship Program runs for 9 weeks from early June to early August. This program will provide you with a unique introduction into the asset management industry and our investment strategies. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business. During your internship you'll have the opportunity to work on research projects, shadow senior executives and learn from some of the best in the industry. Our goals are aligned with those of our clients – the creation of long-term value so we want a talented, creative and diverse team.

The Department
Our investment teams support our overall purpose to help build the long-term future prosperity of our clients by managing investments for institutions and individuals to help them meet their financial goals and prepare for the future.

We offer innovative products and solutions across a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Fixed income, Multi-asset, Private Assets and Alternatives. Your focus would be within Schroders Capital, the Private Equity division of Schroders.

Candidates should be available to start the 2024 Summer Internship Program on Monday June 3rd 2024. The program ends on Friday August 2nd.

Compensation
The Schroders Internship Program offers a market competitive rate of $32 per hour.
