Job Description
Established private equity group in Westchester County, NY is looking for another Executive Assistant to join their current team of two EAs. This role will primarily support two Principals and a Director of Ops. The bulk of your role will be calendar management, travel, and trip organization, expenses, and board meeting planning. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at coordinating multiple people, keeping everything organized and together, can multitask with ease, and has a proactive nature with excellent problem-solving skills. The office is a small, close-knit interactive team and they are looking to add another confident, outgoing, and friendly admin. This is an incredible opportunity to make a home for yourself at a PE group and grow alongside your executives. The office is based in Briarcliff Manor, NY. If you are located in NYC, this is a great opportunity to do a reverse commute out of the city. Parking can be provided or you can get a pickup from the train station if you are coming from NYC. Admins are on a rotating schedule so that there is one admin in the office at all times. Every other week you will be able to work from home 2 days a week, and 1 day a week. 100-140K DOE + great benefits, and flexible PT!


Responsibilities


  • Interface regularly with portfolio company management teams.
  • Other administrative tasks as requested.
  • Coordinate quarterly Board meetings.
  • Maintain contact database in Outlook and Deal Cloud.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments as requested.
  • Book travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, meals) and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports.


Qualifications


  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • 4-year college degree.
  • Experience booking and coordinating travel plans for several people.
  • Experience maintaining contact database.
  • Advanced PowerPoint & Word Skills.
  • Excel skills for record-keeping and other relevant data.
