Responsibilities will include…

• Handling a range of phone calls and email correspondence
• Managing calendars and scheduling meetings across global time zones
• Providing ad-hoc assistance with projects and administrative tasks
• Booking extensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, etc.
• Preparing expense reports in a timely manner
• Coordinating meeting materials and ensuring executives are prepared accordingly

Qualified applicants will have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting several high-level executives, a background within finance or professional services, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, an excellent sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize conflicting needs with discretion.
