Delta Molding LLC manufactures unique prosthetics and accessories for the medical AND fashion industries. For example, we make medical adhesives for ostomy patients, and silicone hip pads for fashionable women. We're also a leading manufacturer of gender-affirming products for the transgender community and we maintain an inclusive workplace.

The company has operated since 2013 and recently entered an exciting growth phase. We're seeking a skilled digital marketer to join our core growth team.

The ideal applicant is a jack-of-all-trades, and able to manage all digital aspects of the company, including: Wordpress website development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Amazon Seller Central, and more. The applicant should be analytical, and able to make data-driven marketing decisions. The applicant should also be somewhat experienced Photoshop and Illustrator. Video editing (Premiere) is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Seller Central - Manage our Amazon seller account, optimize listings, and monitor account health.

WordPress Ecommerce Websites - Monitor website performance, update plugins, optimize landing pages, fix broken links, list new products, perform on-page SEO, and other routine web maintenance tasks. This job requires excellent "soft" web skills, and you may coordinate with a full-stack developer for more technical tasks, such as those that involve coding.

SEO - Stay up-to-date on best SEO practices and implement on-page and off-page strategies to improve organic page rank. Tasks include on-page keyword optimization, backlink building, metadata sculpting, and page load speed optimization.

PPC Advertising - Create and manage effective advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook. Applicant must understand keyword research, A/B split testing and conversion tracking. Applicant must track and report campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and keep up-to-date with PPC best practices. Adwords certification and/or 2 years PPC management experience is required.

Social Media Marketing - Create engaging content and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube accounts.

Google Analytics - Monitor and report on website traffic, make recommendations, and take actions to boost traffic and conversions.

Graphic Design - Edit product photos and website banners. Video editing experience is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications:

A degree in marketing, graphic design, computer science, or similar.

2+ years E-commerce experience required.

Solid understanding of Wordpress, SEO, Adwords, Analytics, Amazon, Ebay and Social Marketing.

The ideal candidate is analytical.

Excellent copywriting skills required.

Google Ads certification or equivalent experience is required.

Location: We will only consider local applicants with the ability to work at our office in Woodland, California. We are not considering remote workers or independent contractors.

Pay: $25-$30/hr + Medical and 401k

Hours: M-F, 20-40 hours per week.
