Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Pricing and promotions: Monitor competitor pricing, analyze market trends, and develop pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while maximizing profitability. Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Customer service: Monitor and manage customer feedback, inquiries, and product reviews to ensure timely and effective resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends: Continuously monitor Amazon marketplace trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Performance analytics and reporting: Utilize Amazon's analytics tools and other data sources to generate reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration and cross-functional coordination: Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to align strategies, drive operational efficiency, and meet business objectives.
  • Compliance and policy adherence: Stay updated with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure compliance with Amazon's terms of service, manage account health metrics, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and performance optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve product visibility, increase sales conversion rates, and maximize profitability on the Amazon platform.
  • Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure adequate stock availability and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Product listings and content: Create and optimize product listings, including accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Manage Amazon operations: Oversee all aspects of Amazon seller accounts, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, brand protection, and fulfillment methods.


Requirements


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts and optimizing sales performance.
  • Must be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work!
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with Amazon advertising and sponsored products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is beneficial.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's platform, policies, and best practices.


Base Salary Range:


$90,000 - $150,000 per year (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience and skill level).
