The TikTok Promote team focuses on building a mobile platform that fuels growth for businesses of all sizes. This role connects to that vision by helping small businesses and creators grow through TikTok Promote, an in-app advertising platform on TikTok. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Product Marketing Content Strategist to join our team. As a Product Marketing Content Strategist, you will be responsible for helping to support our customer-facing marketing programs by developing and executing content strategies that align with our business objectives. Additionally, you will lead our TikTok channel strategy and be responsible for content strategy, production, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies that support our product marketing and go-to-market initiatives across multiple channels, with a particular focus on TikTok.
- Working with agency and in-house designers, lead content production for our TikTok channel, including ideation, development, and execution of content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and educates our audiences.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to understand target audiences, uncover key messages, and define content gaps.
- Create compelling and engaging content that drives action, builds brand awareness, and educates our audiences across various formats and channels, including blog posts, case studies, website copy, whitepapers, and more.
- Manage the content creation process from ideation to distribution, ensuring that content is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate content performance, continually optimize the impact of our content, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to inform the development of innovative content strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience and understanding of TikTok and its social media landscape.
- Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies that drive business results, with experience driving engagement on TikTok a plus.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to create content that resonates with a diverse range of target audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience analyzing content metrics and using data to inform content strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- An added value with successful experience running channels on video-platforms. Requirements:

Job Information:
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $103200 - $244888 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
