This person will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing content campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives. We are looking for someone to take full ownership of our Content Strategy and work with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and impactful content and campaigns to drive desired outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand voice
• Create campaign briefs outlining key campaign elements, including messaging, content formats, channels, and timelines
• Develop and execute content campaign strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
• Develop content calendars and coordinate content creation and distribution across various channels, such as blog posts, social media, email, videos, webinars, etc.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed
• Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance to stakeholders
• Conduct thorough research on our target audience and industry to identify content opportunities and trends
• Lead a team of writers, social media experts, and content creators to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing and campaign management

Qualifications:

• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop effective campaign strategies
• Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaign ideas and content concepts
• Familiarity with ADA Compliant content
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or related roles
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices

The salary range for this position is $75 - $90k/year and is dependent on location and experience.
