- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals, target audience, messaging, and desired outcomes
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and brand voice
- Create campaign briefs outlining key campaign elements, including messaging, content formats, channels, and timelines
- Develop and execute content campaign strategies that align with the company's marketing objectives and target audience
- Develop content calendars and coordinate content creation and distribution across various channels, such as blog posts, social media, email, videos, webinars, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed
- Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance to stakeholders
- Conduct thorough research on our target audience and industry to identify content opportunities and trends
- Lead a team of writers, social media experts, and content creators to develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content marketing and campaign management
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop effective campaign strategies
- Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and analyze campaign performance

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, or related roles
