We have a brand new line of direct-to-consumer products, from supplements to skincare, that we are launching in the United States.


About the Role

FSN is looking for a strategic and hands-on E-commerce Manager to help drive growth rapidly at this growing startup. The best candidate will have a broad skill set, demonstrated career progression, and a proven track record of delivering results. He/she will possess strong analytical acumen, high-integrity business judgment, and deep experience with growth, covering sales, marketing, and operation. He/she will perform the duties with a high degree of autonomy. He/she will also be passionate about creating a world-class luxury direct-to-consumer brand. He/she must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with strong attention to detail.


Our team offers a creative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment where the incumbent will be at the center of customer and seller success. This role is inherently cross-functional: he/she will work closely with executive leadership, product development, design, and operation teams. This person will have an innate understanding of Frusirnag’s product philosophy and the ability to define breakthrough growth strategies, bring alignment with stakeholders, and develop go-to-market plans for innovation.


About the Work

The E-commerce manager reports to the Founder & CEO and will be directly responsible for the execution of the strategic growth plan of accounts under his/her scope, and accountable for the overall P&L of the US unit. This role collaborates closely with Taiwan headquarters and internal and external partners to identify and execute all business needs and opportunities to manage the successful execution of all aspects of the business. This includes, but is not limited to, portfolio management, catalog content planning, item setup/maintenance, promotional/merchandising/programming, and business analysis. This person will execute with a 'champion-of-the-business' mindset and maximize channel performance by optimizing marketing, merchandising, operations, and portfolio levers.


He/she will also be responsible for support planning to build a strategic business unit with roles in administration, sales and inventory analysis, demand and finance planning, operational excellence, and feeding a profitable business model. He/she is also responsible for performance marketing campaigns through YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, Google, and Influencer Networks.


About You

  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, PR, and creative teams on driving growth through product marketing/partner marketing initiatives
  • Strong data analysis skills and understanding of key metrics for growth and engagement (e.g., New Members, DAU/MAUs, Retention Curve)
  • Prior experience selling products as a vendor via Amazon and Shopify is a MUST.
  • Expertise in brand-consumer marketing who has demonstrated success with consumer goods and scaling member acquisition
  • A proven executive with prior P&L responsibility
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in an international environment
  • 7+ years of industry experience spanning all areas of marketing, including branding, product, communications, digital, growth, and channel, with client-facing experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and business units and identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying client needs
  • Comprehensive understanding of the health and wellness and clean beauty competitive landscape
  • Possess a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business and is excited to dive in and solve problems as a team
  • Successful track record of managing performance marketing campaigns
