POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a capable, curious and experienced Ecommerce Manager to help in facilitating continued growth and success of Nickey Kehoe in the digital marketplace. The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing our online presence and ensuring a compelling and frictionless customer experience. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, oversight of key metrics, experience with Shopify, and online best practice and merchandising knowledge savvy.
Core areas of ownership include site operations, site merchandising and conversion rate optimization. The Ecommerce Manager will report to our Director of Creative Services.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the E-commerce Manager, your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure our site consistently reflects our brand’s values, aesthetics and tone of voice.
- Coordinate with various teams including buying and marketing to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information and imagery is reflected on the website.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of eCommerce initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and address challenges proactively.
- Ensure accuracy in product stock levels.
- Ensure effortless, user-friendly journey for customers, with ability to organize, assess and implement internal and external feedback to ensure accuracy and ongoing site improvement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand's objectives to ensure a seamless online shopping experience while driving revenue growth.
- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product set up and merchandising, site maintenance and optimization, and sales monitoring.
- Continuously improve our customer journey by analyzing user behavior, gathering feedback, and implementing strategies to increase conversion and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze data, web metrics, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
- Optimize all product listings in regards to photography, product copy, and product page content in Shopify.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and best practices and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Update site to align with weekly creative marketing campaigns, social marketing efforts, and overall quarterly inspiration concepts.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Shopify platform and integrating and managing third-party Shopify apps.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to use brand standards to ensure consistency across all product imagery, copy, and web content.
- 4+ years of related work experience in E-commerce, merchandising or related fields.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines and meet project deadlines.

- Experience with cropping and resizing images.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and project stakeholders.
- Proficient in analyzing data to extract notable insights, share metrics with relevant teams, and drive data-informed decisions to help meet business goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
