Our client is a non-profit that helps bring affordable technology to all students. They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a temporary, full-time position as a Member Success - Renewals Representative. The successful candidate will combine elements of inside sales, software renewals, and customer success to help drive customer satisfaction, software renewals, and revenue growth. Location: Remote (only candidates in Oregon, Washington, or Idaho please)

Type: Temp 20 weeks


A typical day might include:

  • Creating quotes based on reseller templates, processing orders and purchase orders.
  • Collaborating with staff in Slack to solve member’s issues.
  • Checking your renewal dashboard in Salesforce to see what open opportunities need a status update.
  • Following up on emails and Zendesk tickets to help answer member questions about Microsoft licensing options.
  • Working with partners to help escalate a member’s issue.
  • Calling Members to discuss their upcoming software renewal, budget, needs, and if there are any opportunities for add-on products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to facilitate a smooth renewal process.
  • Manage the entire renewal process, proactively contacting customers ahead of their license expiration.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of renewal and sales activities.
  • Resolve any customer issues or concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Work closely with the internal team to relay customer feedback and understand product changes or updates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during the renewal process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are receiving maximum value from our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles related to inside sales, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
  • Must be a resident of Oregon, Washington, or Idaho.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven track record in managing software license renewals or similar processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
