Overview of Customer Success Customer Success is a role within an organization that focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The customer success team works to ensure that customers are getting the most out of their product or service, and that they are satisfied with the experience. This team is responsible for developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to any issues they may have. They are also responsible for providing customer support, training, and onboarding.
