The Role.
The responsibilities in this position require this person to be a core contributor of the Customer Success management team. The primary focus will be providing customer support through inbound inquiries via email and the Murj platform chat feature between 8AM to 5PM CST or PST (depending on candidate location), or occasionally before 8AM CST to support Eastern Time hours.
New user training and general onboarding support will be provided as needed between support shift hours between 8AM and 5PM CST or PST.
Daily activities may include:
- Promote customer loyalty and adoption of Murj features and tools.
- Inform and educate customers about product updates and new features.
- Real-time customer support through inbound inquiries beginning at 8am local time or earlier as needed.
- Inform and educate customers about product updates and new features
- Lead customer training sessions as needed.
Job Expectations:
- Promote customer loyalty and adoption.
- Communication awareness to promote a professional, supportive rapport with the customer.
- Communication and collaboration with customers to promote Murj workflows.
- Solution finding through customer and Murj resources.
- Cross functional communication to support customer inquiries.
- Intercom/Chat coverage as scheduled.
- Inform and educate customers about product updates and new features.
Job Requirements:
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to work with various roles from clinical staff to C-level executives including Physicians.
- Autonomous Critical thinking
- Attention to detail.
- College degree or commensurate experience in the CIED market
- Curiosity mindset for continually learning.
Nice to Haves:
- Certified Cardiac Device Specialist - CCDS
- RN, Device Tech, or equivalent healthcare related background
- Murj experience
Travel expectations.
- 0 - 10%: Minimal to no travel
