Responsibilities :

- Lead Magppie Living with a visionary mindset, driving our 10X growth mission and expanding our revenues 10 times every 1000 days and market presence to new heights.

- Champion marketing, business development, and sales management, positioning Magppie Living as the undisputed leader in the wellness industry both in the USA and internationally.

- Exemplify exceptional financial management, ensuring the company's fiscal health and implementing strategies for sustainable growth and profitability.

- Foster a culture of innovation, people management, and operational excellence, empowering our diverse team to exceed expectations and deliver remarkable results.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, to ensure our offerings align with our mission, vision, and market demands.

- Cultivate strategic partnerships and forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry influencers.

- Stay at the forefront of market trends and industry developments, adapting our strategies and offerings to maintain our competitive edge.

- Lead by example, embodying Magppie Living's values and fostering a positive, inclusive, and empowering work environment.

Requirements :

- Proven track record as a CEO or in a senior leadership role, successfully driving significant company growth within a short period.

- Extensive expertise in marketing, business development, sales management, financial management, people management, and operations management.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, coupled with a global perspective to drive international expansion and open new markets.

- Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring teams and aligning them towards a common vision and mission.

- Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in a professional environment, with a focus on driving business growth and fostering innovation.

- Good education credentials from reputable institutes, reflecting a strong foundation of knowledge and skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

- A passion for wellness and a deep understanding of the industry landscape would be advantageous.
