Executive Assistant to CEO
Reporting directly to a busy CEO of a successful company the EA will possess the ability to work efficiently and diligently in a fast-paced environment, while proactively managing the requests and needs of the Executive. Must be results-driven and team-oriented. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain balance among multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations.
- Build relationships crucial to the success of the company
- Manage and prioritize day-to-day operations and scheduling for CEO.
- Keep executive well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Support CEO as key liaison for coordination of communications with employees, investors, partners, and collaborators.
- Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- A forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- BS/BA degree required
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting a CEO in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of client service and response.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to the job.
