About You:

You are a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences centered around AI. You understand the importance of user-centered design and are capable of creating visually appealing interfaces that not only look good but also enhance usability.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure our virtual assistant's user interface visually communicates our brand and function clearly and effectively.
• Maintain and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency across our product.
• Understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simplified and engaging user experiences.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with our product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work and relevant, user-centered design solutions.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
