Salary Range: $160k - $220k

About this role

We are seeking a Founding Account Executive to join our team. In this role you will: own the entire sales

process, from prospecting, sales development, and closing deals, source quality sales leads and nurture leads

into high-value opportunities, and mentor our team of SDRs

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process, from prospecting, sales development, and closing deals

• Source quality sales leads and nurture leads into high-value opportunities

• Mentoring our team of SDRs

Ideal candidate traits

• 3-6 years of closing experience in a SaaS product, with selling compliance software as an extra plus

• Experience doing sourcing the majority of your deals through outbound sales

• An enthusiasm to be in person in our office in downtown San Francisco

• A strong admiration for the military and a love for working with defense and critical infrastructure

companies

• The ability to work in ambiguous environments and own the end-to-end sales process. You’re a self-starter

who can own various responsibilities, from lead generation all the way to deal close

• Strong client-facing skills. We can trust you to build relationships and credibility with a wide range of

customers - from enterprise product teams to start-up executives

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Experience with sales pipeline management and forecasting

• Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices

• Experience working in a high-velocity sales cycle ($20-$60K ACV, 2-3 months sales cycle)
