Job Description

This is a Founding Designer role for a Seed stage Internal AI tooling startup. You'll have the opportunity to influence MVP and beyond, setting the north star for where the product should go. The founders are great to work with and have an understanding that Design is not in their wheelhouse and are eager for someone to take charge.


The role is hybrid with an expectation of going into the office a few days a week.

The comp range is 150K-210K, equity up to 1%.

Qualities

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong in interaction design, visual design and customer research, ideally in this order
  • Comfortable in partnering with cofounders
