Position Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and has a deep understanding of the multi-family real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.


The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for generating new business, driving revenue growth, and managing deals from lead through closing. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers in the industry and developing sales strategies to achieve the company's growth goals.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue growth targets

• Identify and prioritize key prospects and decision-makers in the multi-family real estate industry

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through ongoing communication and follow-up

• Present the company’s value proposition and solutions to prospective clients effectively

• Negotiate and close sales contracts with prospects and clients

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services

• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to build industry relationships and generate leads

• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales and marketing efforts


Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

• 3+ years of proven sales experience in the multi-family real estate industry

• Strong network and established relationships in the multi-family real estate industry

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel as required

• Proficiency in Salesforce, and Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and Dialpad platforms preferred

• Comfortable with, and enjoys utilizing new technologies including AI solutions

• Remote position with offices in Boston, MA and Troy, NY | with mandatory quarterly, in-person meetings

  • Annual base salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
