Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

LawFlow is a cutting-edge startup on a mission to revolutionize the legal field. Our platform leverages A.I. to assist legal professionals, bridging the gap between technology and the legal profession. We provide tools that simplify document understanding, content analysis, automated document filling, and drafting assistance.

With LawFlow, lawyers and paralegals can make their workflows more efficient, precise, and productive.


The Role:

LawFlow is an early stage pre-seed startup, seeking a founding member to take on the role of CTO.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering efforts
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Lead aspects of the company's technological development
  • Drive the strategic direction of our tech stack, ensuring scalability, security, IP protection, and performance
  • Lead engineering efforts, act as a lead for the current dev team, and a sounding board to the technical CEO
  • Oversee system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge: Javascript/Typescript, Node.js, React.js, Python, Cloud computing (GCP, Firebase), APIs, Git
  • Proven technical experience in a tech-driven company
  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in leading tech teams is preferred
